During my brief stay, I enjoyed a comfortable King Room with a sofa bed. The friendly staff truly stood out, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Don’t miss the delightful breakfast cafe with a tasty breakfast burrito! Just a suggestion, adding a few more lounge chairs by the pool would enhance the experience.

The pool area was nice, and I enjoyed a tasty breakfast burrito from the cafe. The staff were super accommodating, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Plus, I appreciated the air purifier that kept the air fresh.

A comfortable stay with room quirks

The spacious room offered a comfortable bed, and the lobby area provided a relaxing spot. Staff were generally friendly and offered assistance when needed during breakfast.

Unfortunately, there were cleanliness issues, including empty soap dispensers and missing linens for the sleeper sofa, which detracted from my overall experience.

Disappointed with the broken elevator causing a long trek and numerous requests for cleaning in the room!!! No shuttle service available to the nearby airport was frustrating!!! Closed restaurant and bar during weekend made dining options very limited!!!

The pool area was stunning! 🌞 But, parking fees were kinda sneaky, and the restaurant wasn’t open when we were hoping to grab a bite.

The elevator at my end of the building was out of service, necessitating a long trek or potentially annoying stair climbs. I needed to ask multiple times for a room cleaning, which was frustrating. Additionally, there was no shuttle service to the nearby airport, and the restaurant/bar's closure during regular hours limited dining options, leaving me to seek meals elsewhere.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with no stains or dirt anywhere in the room, even under UV light.

Despite the friendly and accommodating staff, the absence of a free breakfast option is disappointing given the cost of the stay. It would be beneficial if the café opened earlier on weekends for families attending morning events.

Just a solid selection for a short visit in Lake Forest with fantastic value for money. The gym is modern and clean, making it easy to stay active.

A Disappointing Experience

Our stay lasted just one night, but it was quite frustrating. We were surprised to find the restaurant and bar closed without prior notice. Additionally, the room we received was far from quiet, with constant noise from the dumpster and nearby freeway. Communication with staff left much to be desired.
